Consistency

Consistency is the compound interest of self-improvement. Small actions, repeated daily, create results that seem miraculous to those who do not understand the power of consistency. But to those who practice it, consistency is simply the most reliable path to any meaningful goal.

Most people overestimate what they can do in a day and underestimate what they can do in a year. They attempt dramatic transformations that require unsustainable bursts of effort, then wonder why they cannot maintain the pace. But lasting change does not come from intensity — it comes from consistency.

Think of a dripping faucet filling a bucket. A single drop is insignificant. But drop after drop, hour after hour, day after day, the bucket fills. This is how consistency works. The individual actions feel small, almost pointless in isolation. But accumulated over time, they create profound transformation.

"What small practice could you sustain, not because it is impressive, but because it is yours?"
